Library VolunteersLibrary volunteers commit to working a shift/s during the six day cycle when his/her child has library. Responsibilities include: assisting the children with checking out books; re-shelving books; and helping with other library projects. The VFES Librarian, Library Aide and the Library Volunteer Chairpersons fill these volunteer roles during the first few weeks of school based on forms submitted on the VFES PTO website. Once the volunteers are assigned, training is required and provided during the first shift in the library.
In order to volunteer in the library, you must have all of your clearances up to date and on file with the school district office.
